Building on our diverse portfolio of luxury new build homes, we have been awarded a project to construct a contemporary property for a private client in Windlesham.
Designed by luxury homes specialist, Ascot Design, the 9000 sq ft property will combine contemporary features and materials with high-end finishes to create a stand-out home with a unique character. A steel frame structure, it will feature both traditional brick and silicone render, with aluminium cladding panels providing brise soleil.
The property will make the most of natural light and the views in its Surrey location with 400 sq m of glazing, along with an open plan interior layout, polished concrete floors and contemporary finishes.
The property’s secret wow factor will be located in the basement, where the Hale team will install a full-sized basketball court, complete with a graffiti wall. Meanwhile, outside the property, the home will make a splash with an outdoor swimming pool and a large garage for multiple vehicles.
Hale’s remit for the 80-week programme, includes demolition work on the site, construction of the property, full fit out and finishes and hard landscaping of the grounds.
