1930s Hampstead home with basement

Renovation and extension of a semi-detached 1930s property. We’re adding an extra 150 sqm of living space, by taking advantage of the sloped site and excavating a 3.5m deep basement. This will contain a gym, media room, study and utility & plant room. We’ll also be reconfiguring the existing building to make better use of the space and welcome sunlight further into the home, and adding a striking glazed box extension with slimline aluminium frames to the rear of the property.
